Hello my name is Russell Brown and I write the Transition to Digital Newsletter.
I am hoping to start a dialog on the topics covered in the newsletter where comments and questions can be posted and answered.
Please do not hesitate to let me know what you think or even suggest future topics to be covered in Transition to Digital. Even if its just a nagging question that you always wondered about let me know and I will do my best to answer it for you.
I try to take the point of view of the smaller market stations, which are the majority, and the single engineer engineering departments.
I have been working in broadcast television for more than thirty years and have found myself performing all types of job in that time and I hope to put that experience to good use in writing the newsletters.
