Help!! contacting Canada Dept of Comm.

recently I worked on app for new FM near Canadian border.  The FCC CP app is in limbo till Canada approves our signal (less than 50uV) just over the border. Anyone had any dealings with Canada's Dept of Communications? or know how I can contact them and speed things up?  much appreciated.

Not much you can do to speed them up but you can try looking at the Industry Canada website for a specific contact at http://www.ic.gc.ca/ic_wp-pa.htm.  Also, I've used Gordon Elder, P.E. before to help me answer any questions I've had in the past.  He is a Canadian engineer in King City Ontario.  His number is 905-833-5141 and email is eldeng@sympatico.ca.

    Hope this helps!

The FCC international bureau is the place to go. They have some very good people there. Try Blalock at 202-418-8101. I strongly advise that you not contact Canada directly - all kinds of protocol problems there and the likely result is getting both sides upset with you.
